Avatar Robot Café “DAWN” in Nihonbashi

The Avatar Robot Café “DAWN” in Nihonbashi was created with the mission of “offering everyone the option to stay connected to society.” It features services powered by the avatar robot OriHime, which can be remotely operated by individuals who are bedridden due to serious illness or who face challenges leaving their homes.

By working as OriHime “pilots,” people with physical or mental difficulties can participate in society and discover new ways of working beyond conventional employment models.

The café offers two types of seating:

• Reserved seats where customers can enjoy meals while interacting with the small OriHime robots, and

• Regular seats open to anyone, just like a standard café.

The menu includes a variety of original seasonal dishes and drinks. At certain times of day, guests can also enjoy coffee served by a barista robot.

With vegan-friendly options available, DAWN Café is a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone can gather and connect with ease and enjoyment.
